
I have recently been eating healthy and exercising every other day. At first it was a struggle, I kept wanting to give up but I pushed myself to keep going. I have tried this like five times before but it would only last for a week, and next thing you know I would be back on the junk food and lack on exercise. I told myself that this cannot happen this time, and guess what? I kept it going. It doesn't hurt to eat a piece of junk food here and there, just as long as I exercise it off.
It's been over a month and a few weeks that I have kept this up. At first my scale went down and next thing you know I seen that it started to go back up, I was confused. That's when I did some research on the internet and it said that muscle weighs more than fat, that explains everything. I lost 12 pound of fat and gained 10 pounds of muscle.
I knew that I could achieve this, the thing was that I just couldn't keep up with it. I'm starting to feel better about myself and I feel more energized.
